Upon purchasing this repair, send us your system only: Cables, controllers and any extra accessories are not needed. Please be mindful to properly pad & protect your broken system so no further damage occurs during shipping. Upon receipt of your package our technicians will examine, further diagnose if necessary, repair and send it back to you upon completion. Return Postage is included in all our repairs. If we determine that a lower cost repair is needed, your system will be fixed, you will be issued a refund for the difference and the system will be returned. If the system is not repairable or another repair is needed, our technicians will contact you regarding your options. If you chose to deny the repair you will be issued a refund minus the cost of return shipping and the system will be returned. If we do not receive return correspondance within 30 days of initial contact, we will assume that you do not want the broken system returned. If for any reason you don't want your item returned, you will receive a full refund and we will recycle it through an environmentally sensitive electronics recycling center. This ensures that harmful materials are kept out of landfills and disposed of in the correct fashion.
Oogie Games LLC is not responsible for any damage or voiding of any warranty as a result of repair services. Services performed for You by Oogie Games LLC are non-refundable after performed. Limitation of Remedy: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Oogie Games LLC's total liability for damages related to its services is limted to the toal amount you pay for the services, and you release Oogie Games LLC from liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Oogie Games LLCS is not liable for loss, alteration, or corruption of any data or loss of any media from your product.
All repairs come with a 90 Day Warranty. Warranty starts from the day of shipment back to the customer. If the same issue occurs within 90 days, please contact the technicians who will arrange for the item to be shipped back to Oogie Games LLC, diagnosed, repaired and returned to the customer at our expense. If the system is deemed irreparable after the 2nd attempt, a full refund will be issued minus the initial cost of shipping.

New and Previously Played items may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if item is unopened with a copy of the receipt. All new product returns that fall outside of the return period but are within forty-five (45) days will be issued OogieGames.com credit. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.
New and Previously Played items that are defective in the first thirty (30) days may be returned in the original box with a copy of the original receipt for the same item shipped back to you at no cost or if the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
All defective items are tested by OogieGames.com upon receipt to ascertain the extent of the problem. If Oogiegames.com determines that the item is not working properly due to negligence, misuse or damage (outside normal wear and tear), you will be contacted and the item will either be returned to you at your expense plus a 10% processing fee or forfeited.
